Series 65 - Help
Hey all, Just found out I will need to take Series 65 for my new role starting this summer and I'm wanting to get a jump start on it. First off, anyone taken the 65? How was it? If so, what materials did you use that helped you? Thanks in advance.
Passed Exams!
Hi all. I recently pass the SIE, Series 63 & Series 65. I also have a MBA and did commodities (more trade support) many years ago. What type of jobs do you think I am qualified to apply for? Thanks in advance for your time!
Licenses Required for Portfolio/Hedge Fund Manager
I have been hearing that a series 7 is not required to be a PM or HF Manager. It just brings unnecessary regulation. A series 65 is all that is required. If this true? If I wanted to manage money from clients of my own. I would legally need only a series 65 correct? Thanks, Nick
Taking additional licensing exams without company asking for them
Hello all, I work as a stockbroker for a small brokerage firm. My firm helped me get Series 7 and 63. Although my boss doesn't need me to get any additional licenses at this point, I thirst for more knowledge. I want to take Series 3, 65, and 67 to add more qualifications to my resume (and perhaps...
How do I take the Series 65? I am a FINRA member with the Series 63 and 6
I am a licensed Finra member working for a broker dealer. I have my Series 6 and 63. How do I go about sitting for the Series 65? My firm will not sponsor me for it. I have a U4 so the U10 is not an option. I purchased the study material myself and am ready to sit. What do I do?

After some cold calling and emailing, I managed to get an internship at a boutique HF . One of the founders suggested I take the...

Series 3/63/65 study guides?
Anyone have suggestions about ways to get my hands on these guides or which ones are worth the money? I don't really want to have to buy them if at all possible, but I'd like to knock these exams out in the next month or so.
Know anything about Series 65 license???
Hi All, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the proper section but I have some questions about the Series 65 license. I learned about this license a few weeks ago and have an interest in taking the exam. I've done some research but I can't find too much explanation about what kinds of positions you...
How do you list Series 65 (and other such exams) on resume?
So as the title says, how do you put that you've passed the Series 65 on your resume? This might sound like a very dumb question, but the reason why I ask is that I'm also a CFA candidate, and there is a VERY specific way to list all CFA Program-related stuff that they take very seriously. Is there...
