Healthcare banking exit opps?

What are the most common exit opportunities for this work? It seems like you get pigeonholed? Being an associatefor a healthcare investment bank. After a couple years and I was wondering what the exit opportunities are.

I was thinking healthcare vc but have read that you need operation experience and I don't have a PhD either?

Are biotech startups an option? I want to "make a difference". Any ideas?

Random but sorta on topic. I've always liked life science being that I wanted to be a doctor early on (studied and really liked chem in college). Realized I hated biology (and did really poorly in the class). However after working in the biotech banking world I've really like the stimulating and fast pace of the industry.

I want to do something to really have an impact on the industry and lives. I've piqued an interest in start ups as well. Not sure what my options are but some advice would be appreciated. startup CFO?

holy shit the sentence structure in your post is so bad it's remarkable. Being an associate in any group pigeonholes you to banking basically. Healthcare analysts from GS/Lazard/JPM certainly do not get pigeonholed into healthcare.e

"Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way. In twenty years, if you're still livin' here, comin' over to my house to watch the Patriots games, still workin' construction, I'll fuckin' kill you. That's not a threat, that's a fact.
