Everything You Could Ever Want to Know About the Property Characteristics of Warehouse/Distribution Buildings

I found myself wanting to have a deeper understanding of the property characteristics of industrial buildings, and really went down the rabbit hole on research. I aggregated a good bit of information for future reference, and thought this may be of interest to others. If you've ever been curious about the difference between T-5 and T-12 lights, how a 480/277V-3 Phase-4 Wire-4000AMP electrical system works, or why 54' x 56' is the optimum column spacing, then you'll find this very interesting. I had to upload to a file sharing site because it is a fairly large file.

You're a legend for this even though I don't work with industrial property.

Retail, multi-family, office would also be a clutch. Who's down to put something together?

Can you upload the industrial primer for us, if you still have

This is awesome. Sorry for gravedigging. Working in industrial development atm and having a tough time. This will really help
