Thoughts on PE group

Looking to get some information in terms of culture and exit opps from EY-Parthenon's PEVC group. I heard about it being on the M&A side during recruitment but couldn't find much info otherwise. Thanks!

Mostly sell side diligence, some growth strategy, some commercial due diligence, exit ops are standard for T2 consulting but you'll be able to get into the lower range of ops for investing (e.g., LMM funds, maybe a couple will go to MM/UMM, and a little bit of VC if you work hard and look in the right spots)

It's a diligence group and your hours will be as such. Predictable on cases, but generally shitty during the week, and decently protected weekends
