Is it okay to ask an analyst about work Outfits

Hi everyone,

Incoming female FT at a BB here. I am trying to build my work wardrobe There is an analyst at my bank (in a different coverage group) who seems to have an amazing wardrobe. I have met her twice (networking coffee meet and group process) and loved her outfits. We have stayed in touch on email. Is it okay for me to ask her where she gets her clothes from OR is it creepy if I point out that I really liked her outfit from our coffee chat? Lol. Thanks!

Honestly this comment is mad cute. Hope u excel in life.

Coffee chat = Ivory colored cashmere turtleneck sweater, Beige trench coat. Nude heels

Group process event= Really nice mint green shell blouse and your typical pencil skirt (Looked a little kate middleton-ish)

Skirt / blouse/ sweater sound pretty much like typical Theory / Club Monaco / Reiss

trench coat either Burberry or MaxMara

I think as women, it's completely normal and accepted for us to do. If we were guys, maybe it would be a tad weird depending on how it was exactly worded. But yeah, you should be good ha ha.
