When can you start leaving GPA off of your resume? Already been FT for >1 year

When is it appropriate to leave GPA off my resume when applying to jobs? I've already been a working FT for ~1.5 years and am applying to lateral. I worry that my Cumulative GPA of 3.3 (Major GPA 3.9 but I figure no one cares about that) might get me dinged from the outset.

If I were you I would just list your Major GPA. When I see resumes with only Major GPA listed I assume the overall GPA was 0.2-0.3 points lower. In your case, that assumption is better than your actual GPA so it may help to exclude.

At the end of the day your resume is a marketing tool. There are no laws around what you do / do not advertise. As long as you don't lie (please don't lie), what you put on your resume is up to you so you should use it to paint yourself in the most favorable light you can.
