Why Bank of America?

I would like to have some insights and recent news about Bank Of America. What makes BofA unique and different from other banks? Very hard to find much information on the internet. So feel free to share your knowledge with me. Thank you

Strong values (teamwork, honesty, chance to speak up and take responsibilities early on) but those are similar at most US BBs

Training is also very similar to US BBs (same training providers), the truth is that they invest a lot (factset training, bloomberg training, snl training, modeling training, deal structuring training...) but its more or less the norm in the industry

Are you serious? Go through an earnings transcript or something, highlight where the firm is moving forward. Speak with people who work there, mention those convos. I don't understand why people find this question difficult. Ignore my title here, but I have interviewed people who fail miserably at this question and it is a softball. Please do not say "you know, I'd have to say...it's the culture" NEXT
