I saw the first episode and Don Cheadle is bad ass. Kristen Bell plays a business psychologist who's halfway into chicks and there's a pretty hot scene with her at a strip club. The show has lots of nudity and foul language, so it's a hit as far as I'm concerned.

Wasn't interested in watching it at all until this post. Thanks!
I could have done without the pause for consulting jargon definitions but know that they're kinda required. Hope it's not an ongoing/as frequent thing.
"Greed, in all of its forms; greed for life, for money, for love, for knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind. And greed, you mark my words, will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA."
Thank you god! this show looks awesome... silver tongue womanizing black consultant? i didnt know they made autobiographicial pics before the subject lives the life...

Someone thinks highly of themselves.
I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.
Guys, let's be honest. This show SUCKS. It had all the parts, but the whole was an attrocious, boring, insanely exaggerated mess. And worst of all for a comedy show, it wasn't funny...at all.
This shit never happens. There are literally zero partners at MBB (or any firm for that matter) who would try any of the shit that Don Cheadle was doing. In fact, he would be seriously repremanded for continuously sexually harassing Kristen Bell. Also, this whole notion of being double booked is the worst thing ever in consulting is complete nonsense. When clients send out RFPs for major work, they always invite at least two firms for oral presentations of their pitch. We have competed with BCG and McK like this on at least half a dozen occasions like this since we joined. Finally, the "engagement" (if you can even call it that) in this episode is something that a PR firm would do, not a top strategy consultancy.
The dialogue was not funny and the excessive use of jargon was totally unnecessary and annoying. The only saving grace was that it was not sensored. But using 'fuck' several dozen times in the script, and showing a few pairs of tits does not a good show make.
Suits is a million times better than this show. It's not LOL funny but it's decently witty, has an ok script, still highly exaggerated, but at least the characters are charming and engaging (Harvey Spectre is actually badass).

I'd give this show 2 stars out of 5.

why do marketeers get Don Draper, lawyers get Harvey Specter and we're stuck with this guy? Fuck.

Yeah, heard about this... looks intriguing. If only consulting was actually this badass
haha yeah. no doubt they're going to glamorize the shit out of it. just like the show suits.
and in no way shape or form do all consultants always wear business formal like that, lol.
It has Don Cheadle in it, that alone should warrant a few episode watches

Is the show anywhere online?
Kristen Bell...jesus christ...
it's readily available for download.. illegally.
I liked the show. Try to satirize the poor consulting community.
Forgot to mention that Cheadle's ex-wife is a smokin' hot drug-addicted sociopath who you see butt naked in the first 5 seconds of the show.
So I just moved my viewing of this from later on in the week to when I get home tonight...
I posted about this a while back. Looks solid and looking forward to it - hopefully it gets picked up here in London.
Consultants can't afford strippers... haha, nonetheless this looks like a promising show.
What we lack in disposable income we make up for in expense accounts.
They expensed it to the client, lol.
JEAN RALFIO
EXACTLY MY REACTION. That guy alone make this show.
The pilot is amazing.

but if i have a cross dressing son i'll be one angry mofo
Won't happen if you raise him right. Which I will.
that was very entertaining
Just saw the pilot. Expense account > disposable salary.
Surprisingly accurate...
Funny they are focusing on the 3 year transition/implementation work as the real prize. But yeah way too glamorized.
