How do you act when hanging out with other Analysts (outside of work)

Lets say you all go to the bar after work. Do you still act as if you're still on the job? Or do you act like you're with your friends (hitting on girls, just being a typical guy on a night out)

Be yourself, as long as you're not "that guy" that goes out, gets wasted and does stupid shit. That's common sense for any industry or job.

If you can't control how much you drink or how you act when you're drunk, then don't drink or get drunk.

Somehow I doubt you know how a "typical guy on a night out" acts given the questions you're asking. The only safe way to play this is for you to just go home after work, you weren't meant to be in public.

The insecurity and probably social awkwardness is astonishing with this guy.

God damn...I almost feel bad.

LOL. It's so damn true.

Pace yourself to 3 drinks per hour if you're an experienced drinker.

Pace yourself to 2 drinks per hour if you're a light weight.

Edit note: It's more about what not to do in this situation. Being a nerd isn't the worst thing in the world on Wall Street, so don't try to overcompensate with beer balls.
