German company filings

Hi,

I thought this was the most relevant forum to post this question (All you macro traders out there, help me!) I'm trying to look up the filings of a German private company named H.C. Starck. I'm specifically interested in learning about its ownership structure. Where can I search for German company filings? Thank you.
