Interviews at OC&C London?

Hi all,

I have an interview in January with OC&C London.
What type of cases should I expect?
Do you know which are their typical behavioural questions?
I have been Googling but I have not been able to find much. Any information is appreciated!

Thanks!

Behavioural questions are the typical ones consisting of why consulting, what strategy consulting is and so on. Cases will likely be a market sizing one and a traditional case (efficiency, profitability etc.). The cases will likely be in sectors they cover (good chance of getting an FMCG case) but not guaranteed, I doubt you'll get something about A&D or biotechnology but they may throw a curve ball at you

I had 4 interviews in total

1st round: 2x interviews with consultants/managers

Mainly market sizing, what factors you should consider? type questions. In my experience, the 1st round interviews really mimic the typical interviewer-led standard case book questions.

Absolutely no motivational/fit questions from my experience.

2nd round: 2x interviews with Partners/APs

A lot more conversational and non-standard. Cases can take a left turn really really quickly, which is probably to be expected given that you are interviewing with Partners and they do not have to follow a certain script.

I agree with the poster above me - expect cases from the sectors they specialize in (FMCG, Leisure, Retail, PE, B2B services).

Honestly, I would say the process is very similar to other firms and if you prepared your casing, everything should be fine.
