Where can I find a list of firms (hedge funds) hiring new grads? For quant, trading, or software roles. [Current List Included]
I'm applying to new grad roles this fall and just wanted to start a list. I wasn't prepared at all last year so although I got some interviews I wasn't able to get an offer (made it to onsites for a few though). Doing prep right now, but also wanna organize myself before the school year starts.
I would also appreciate any input on which ones I should avoid, anything I should add/look at, etc. Also, do most of these firms pay competitively? My other option (basically secured) is to go to a FAANG/Unicorn as a SWE, so I'd probably look at places that pay competitively to that at least.
These are the ones so far that I know will hire new grads with bachelor (because I went through the process for internships):
-
DRW
-
IMC
-
Belvedere
-
Akuna Capital
-
SIG
-
Peak6
-
Point72
-
PDT Partners
-
Two Sigma
These are the ones I'm pretty sure hire new grads, but didn't hear back from:
-
Virtu Financial
-
Five Rings Capital
-
Valkyrie Trading
-
AQR
These are the ones I've heard of but haven't applied to before so I have no idea about (pretty sure none of them offer internships that's why):
-
Stevens Capital Management
-
Bracebridge Capital
-
Seven Eight Capital
-
Millenium Management
-
ExodusPoint Capital Management
-
XTX Markets
-
Voleon Group
-
TGS Management
-
Aquatic Capital Management
-
Vatic Labs
-
QuantLab
-
Headlands
-
Ansatz Capital
-
Process Driven Trading
-
Teza Technologies
-
Flow Traders
-
3Red Trading
Thanks in advance for any advice!
