HF's that don't care about your undergrad GPA for experienced hires?
Long story short, I'm an experienced quant (3-5yrs) with a bad undergrad GPA due to failing classes I didn't care about (english lit, french, etc), but succeeding in my physics studies. I don't have a masters or phd.
I talked to some recruiters and firms like Citadel/Two Sigma care very much about your undergrad GPA even for experienced hires; I was told they wouldn't even look at my resume
What are some firms that care more about experience and less about your undergrad BA?
