Getting Crushed - How to Recruit?

I'm currently a second year analyst in a Tech M&A group. Held off on recruiting last year to let me get my feet under me, but as I'm preparing for opportunities this year I'm beginning to worry about my ability to balance deal work with recruiting. I just got staffed on another live deal with an extremely compressed timeline to close that will be a complete sprint for the next few weeks. How am I supposed to step out for interviews when I'm constantly jammed?

Would love some tips before I burn bridges with headhunters, firms, or my current employer
