Applied to the posting in their website. Was contacted a few weeks later for a Hirevue. It was a few recorded questions followed by some written ones. The questions were the “story” question, why banking, why Piper Sandler, and why Charlotte. I then had a first round with an associate. It was about half an hour and had a few technicals followed by behaviorals. A few days later I was notified about a superday the next week. It was three consecutive thirty minute interviews. One with an analyst, one with a VP and one with an MD. All questions were behavioral and mostly about why the middle market and why Charlotte. I was notified later that day about an offer.
