The CEO is a punk, he owns 40% of the company and uses it as his own little piggy bank. Cars, houses, yachts, jets all on the company dime. Also has Bill Clinton on the payroll as a "consultant", $3.3MM a year. Hoping that Hillary becomes president so that he can get a real Ambassadorship, Bill offered him Fiji but he turned it down. He has spent almost a billion dollars in acquisitions over the last 10 years without the stock price really going anywhere. The best part of the story is the activist investors that are involved with the company and all the 13D letters they have filed with the SEC concerning the company and the "fraud" that it has supposedly committed.

The company is also responsible for the worst Super Bowl ads two years running, they own Sales Genie. The company's CEO insisted on making the commercials himself and it really showed.
