What are the best ways to get exposure to the alternative asset class without being an accredited investor?
What would be the best bet for someone looking to diversify away from the S&P over the next 36 months and get exposure to the alternatives space? Would simply buying publicly listed vehicles such as PE firms, BDCs, maybe REITs be the best play? Or would going out and buying some sort of real estate asset be the best bet (avoid public market forces)?
