Would not worry about the SAT for shops of that size. Just start responding to HHs with your resume, don't mention SAT score. They will still work with you

Yep just say you don't remember. Waste of time to retake it (and improving to an impressive score would probably be several months), just spend the time recruiting instead.
If a HH insists on having it, either tell them or move onto the next HH -- but most will not die on the SAT hill. It becomes increasingly irrelevant every year.
