This is the comment - working at a place like Woodbridge Company (Reuters family) or MSD Capital (Dell family) is very reputable and quite different from saying working at a more obscure, $50mm multi-family office

Would it be okay if I PM-ed you about a potential opportunity I’m in a process for?

I work for SFO, my life is bliss compared to working at a bank. Occasionally have to put in some hours on the weekend, but rare. Normally I’m home to spend sometime with my family - became very rare at the bank. Everyone is smart - not always the case at a bank. The environment is a bit more introverted, but after I became acquainted with everyone it became an awesome place to work. People are a lot less childish. Only way I’d look to exit is to start a fund or a massive pay increase.
