Mercuria Rotational Graduate Program
Following up on the other Mercuria post, as someone applying to the graduate programs for physical trading houses (Glencore/Trafigura/Castleton), I came across this graduate rotational program that this firm has. However, from looking on Linkedin, it seems all the people who did this come from Texas A&M and at times did a prior internship in said field eventually leading to some becoming traders there. I was wondering if anyone had any further insight on this program and if it is available to grads from other schools. I don't see it on their company website either.
My assumption is that it’s similar to Chevron in that they really exclusively recruit from TRIP out of undergrad and getting into the program without TRIP is almost impossible.
Whats TRIP?
