Pretty much the title. Im having an upcoming interview in the Fixed Income Desk to be a JR trader, managing Repos and Fixed Income books in Latin America.

Just want to get some inside on the desk dtd, tips for the interview, resources (books, articles, research) to prepare myself for the interview.

I have expiriences in Fixed Income and rates derivatives. Being in MO, Product Control in a BB and a Commodities Trading House/CTA.
