Private Credit comp info

Hey guys,

There's genuinely not much info about private credit comp for analyst levels in London and Continental Europe.

Need numbers for firms like Muzinich/Tikehau/Eurazeo etc.

info seems to be conflicting.

Thanks for all the help!

Park Square Capital is top notch on the street
70k base + 80-120% bonus for AN1

I don't think the firms you mentioned pay close to this but still I wanted to provide an input

AN2 last year, £5Bn fund London

base: £80

bonus: £100

have heard this is on the upper end, was near top bucket.

Odyssey Search does the best US survey I know of - someone here must know the Europe equivalent.

US associate 1 data below.

if you like it then you shoulda put a banana on it

Also note that PC comp can vary a lot depending on quality of the shop

Sharing London numbers for VP3 at the end of 2023

£175k base + £210k bonus + £90k of carry distributions (total carry pot of £2m). Some other bits and pieces like coinvest returns and dividends on GP listed shares.

Overall feels like an OK year but the PC carry is picking up nicely (should double cash distribution in 2024 as deployment ramps and we get a full year effect of higher base rates).
