Net debt negative for a bank ??
Hello everyone!
I've found a Qatar bank with negative net debt (Masraf al Rayan). Is it normal? I mean, I've never seen it before but may be it's because I'm just starting analyzing companies.

All it means is that the company is holding more cash than debt. Not that uncommon.
cap iq screen says that ~15% of publicly traded depository institutions have negative net debt
