What is the attire like for bankers in Houston? I know it obviously gets quite hot in the summers so wondering if everyone is still always wearing suits or what the norm is. Any info is helpful.

It's business casual. Dress shirt with slacks and dress shoes. No polos allowed aside from Fridays.
Houston culture is antiquated and dominated by boomers. Banks need to seriously update these sexist dress codes. There's zero reason why I have to wear long sleeved shirts with pants when its 105+ with humidity when women can wear whatever they want at all times
