Most banks are probably already all over this situation in one way or another - but realistically a sale won’t happen and if push comes to shove Tiktok will end up just exiting the US market instead

Wells Fargo is most likely bc of their balance sheet capacity. They can lend to the sellers which is a huge value add in any process especially for the sellers who need the financing to sell their company.
