Pros/Cons of MM vs BB

Currently a FY undergrad and would love some insight on the differences in analyst experiences from BB vs MM. Mm seems like a more holistic analyst experience with greater responsibility and more frequent deals. BB has prestige, but from what Ive heard its mostly excel modeling, less responsibility, often less personal culture, etc. Would love for some people to share their opinions on here and talk about their experiences. Thanks for any help.
