I think the big deal is sleeping in and missing a meeting. In my mind there's no room for mistakes and lucky you are still employed there.

What are some of the things the abrasive colleague has done to get that reputation? In general as a junior would just deal with it and not bring it up as an issue at all.

Overall with the tone of the post seems the issue may be your attitude towards work, have you complained about the colleague? I am assuming you have - to me seems like a lot of issues a few months in that should not be issues.

 

Nah I'd be pissed if I thought I was getting a bonus and they opted for 0. Disagree with Analyst above that says sleeping past one meeting warrants you getting fired; such BS. Nonetheless, they clearly are saying something by giving no bonus, so path forward would be either fit into the mold they want, or leave
