Should I keep my GPA around 3.9-4, or complete FRM I & II along with CFA I during my undergraduate studies with 3.5-3.7 GPA ?

I'm a high-school senior, and will start to my undergraduate studies next year at a target university so I have started to create my schedule, and be certain of my goals for the coming years. My long term goals are; 2 years in BB IB, then 1 year of PE, M7 MBA, to a HF in the US.

I don't live in a country where IB is really big, so the competetion is really extreme and networking is very important, but I also want to show myself with my dedication, and also completing these certifications hopefully will help me during my MBA application and future career too, at least in my opinion.

What's your advice ? Should I try to complete these certifications ? or just keeping my GPA really high ?
