Should I leave out contract position on Resume?

I graduated in 2021. Long story short. I spent all 3 of my summer internships at a firm, who then hired me for a contract role for 7 months once I graduated. Fast forward to current, my resume has 4 separate employers (including my current) with each position lasting just under a year.

Would it be more beneficial to leave out the contract position on my resume? Should I include the contract postion to show I have more experience? I feel that having 4 prior experiences, graduating in 2021, shows that I'm job hopping and will be seen as negative.
