went thru fixed income process and got an offer but know someone at MS in IED (in the sales/salestrading/prime brokerage group) and he said they're generally the same type of process. R1 is mostly behavioral plus a bit market based. Have also heard of some "technicals" being asked in R1. SD should be mostly behavioral if you're going to the Equities S&T (and not the Equity Derivatives S&T). Honestly very smooth and low-stress process.
what would be the difference between the recruiting process for equities s&t and the quant focused equity derivatives program
im guessing the quant focused internship would have interview questions that were more... quantitative

i know ppl had received rejection emails. so i think we're being compared to the second batch of ppl. they sent out another group of R1s.
