Wealth Management vs. MFIN

Hi all,

I am a senior with a 730 GMAT and a 3.7 GPA majoring in Econ from a decent private university. I have been planning for some time to apply to MFIN programs (LSE, MIT, Princeton, HEC) in hopes of eventually breaking into finance in New York or London. However, I now have an opportunity to pursue an associate position with AB on the west coast.

If I am aiming to eventually work in a city like New York and then make a move to the Middle East (where my passion to work is), would i be better off pursuing the MFIN or taking the job with AB and pursuing my MBA in a few years? Would an associate position with AB look good on applications to top B-schools?

Would love to hear peoples thoughts. Thanks
