Honestly it’s fine bro. Just trim slightly and make sure it looks neat. I don’t think anyone would care.

Source: had a coworker will longer curly hair.

Is this a shitpost?

First the guy who wanted to wear an earring and now mullet man.

This is investment banking. You are judged on your presentation, including yourself. You can be stylish and clean. Find a different style.

Loser. Not everyone has to look the exact same. You’re allowed to have some identity. As long it looks clean it doesn’t matter.

I didn't say you had to look the same or have some identity. Do you suffer from reading comprehension difficulties?

If your interning then why you would risk a return offer over your personal presentation is ridiculous. Extremely low EQ take.

People lose return offers for genuinely the dumbest and smallest of reasons. Is a haircut really worth the chance, even if tiny, that it might rub the wrong person the wrong way?

depends on ur group but just grow the sides and maybe half an inch off in general and make sure its neatly styled

In full honesty there’s an ER associate on my floor who has a mullet and a moustache. Obviously not IB so it’s different, but still could probably be acceptable.

Recommend getting the mullet like midway through your internship or something if you really want to
