I'm pretty sure that I read that Centaurus operates with 8 or 9 traders. That seems to be a pretty elite group. My guess is you would need to be a rainmaker on a BB Prop Desk or something equivalent to be considered.
they like MBAs who have gas/power trading already. i've seen them post jobs on UT's MBA board
yeah, John Arnold went to Vanderbilt, and most of his crew are ex-Enron.. I don't think they have any reason to recruit at the top schools
