Junior Trader at Ingensoma, Singapore

Hey monkeys!

I am applying for Junior Trader position at Ingensoma in Singapore. Any reviews about the company and suggestions regarding interview process? Also, how's the company in terms of career growth and some information on pay?

Thanks!

I am a trader at a comparable firm. Assuming that the interview process is the same I would tend to think that they are looking a wider base of knowledge. They understand that at this point you don't have tangible skills coming out of college so essentially what they want to see is that you are a hard charger with a good head on your shoulders. The more well rounded you are the better.

In my interview for my company, they wanted to see that I 'fit the mold' of what a trader is expected to so be prepared to have a very fast-paced conversation with intelligent outgoing people. Do your research on the company beforehand and make sure to look up possible interview questions that people have gotten on glassdoor.

Good luck and feel free to reach out1
