MS vs Fidelity Spring Week

Hello, I am in the lucky situation to have received two spring week, but in the unlucky situation that they clash over 3 days and have already accepted MS. But I just wanted to hear some input whether you think rejecting Fidelity is the right choice? Overall I am mostly interested in global macro and fixed income AM. It appears to me that MS has both higher conversion rate and is more likely to get me to the type of work I want to do (I would try converting to a SA in S&T on some of the more macro focused or quanty desks). But I am also aware that LO AM is very selective and getting actual investment exposure in fixed income AM for example would also probably be really helpful for global macro down the line. Any thoughts?

I am doing the Fidelity SW, and they have fast tracked everyone who attends the programme in full to the second round of their process (which is either HV or AC).
