BMO culture pretty decent at most of the groups apart from M&M (I heard they are better now after their latest fiasco, but don't know if that will last). Some groups are a bit grinder, but think they have some protected Saturday concept going on over there.
BMO a2 here: ECM/DCM/Tech/FIG for best WLB, PUI is sweaty but good culture, M&A is grindy just because you’ll be working on a lot of M&M deals, don’t know much about diversified but know they have a solid culture
You don’t want to be in a position where you don’t get the other two and are left without an offer. Just accept and then network to get the most chill group placement later

Forget about Scotiabank, but worth considering TD.
What BMO groups would give the best WLB? I’d assume Tech/ECM/DCM but how about RE/PUI/Diversified.
I have heard FIG & M&A are ofc right up there with M&M, just with slightly better cultures.

PU&I pretty sweat with good culture, RE sweat with bad culture, DCM is kind of sweaty across all banks right now, ECM fairly dead everywhere

Have you told TD you have an exploding offer from BMO?
Mind me asking when your superday was and when you received the offer?
Bump
BMO culture is bad but M&M is still an extreme outlier. If TD cant accelerate just take the BMO offer.
Imagine your bonus taking a hit due to $2.2 billion fine for money laundering
