Working in startups in UK
AFAIK, one of the best routes in tech/startups is “big name” school/first job (2 years FAANG, MBB, IB etc) to get the ‘brand’, then basically a bunch of startup experience to learn a lot.
In the US, where startup culture is big and tech job hopping with large salaries is fairly common, this makes sense.
I’m wondering whether a similar practice is good in the UK, where tech is not only much smaller, but innovation (and therefore startup opportunities) is much lower.
