Asset Management Software

What Asset Management software do you guys use? We have about $2B in AUM consisting of industrial, office, and some multi.

We're evaluating VTS and RealPage AIM, but looking for more recs. Looking for something that can help with budgets, helping with IC memos, and that's fairly intuitive for new hires and for some of the older people who work in Accounting.

Thanks in advance.

AppFolio is one that I've sat through a demo on in the past, and it was quite compelling. We ended up not doing anything because the owners didn't want to spend money. Looks like they've split up some of their functionalities between residential and commercial, but here is a link to their features for their Investment Management platform that seems to align with your description: https://www.appfolioinvestmentmanagement.com/features/investment-manage…

Indirect third vote for VTS. Leasing/AM software has treated many clients well, seems pretty easy to pickup. Have some other interesting products to play with (Data, Market, Rise), too.
