What Asset Management software do you guys use? We have about $2B in AUM consisting of industrial, office, and some multi.
We're evaluating VTS and RealPage AIM, but looking for more recs. Looking for something that can help with budgets, helping with IC memos, and that's fairly intuitive for new hires and for some of the older people who work in Accounting.

AppFolio is one that I've sat through a demo on in the past, and it was quite compelling. We ended up not doing anything because the owners didn't want to spend money. I talked to Appfolio and they wanted to charge a % of our EUM. Is this correct? How does anyone justify paying under this structure?
VTS is fantastic, integrates great with accounting software as well.
Thanks! Yea supposedly our team had checked out VTS in the past, prior to me joining, but ended up not really using it.
Seconded for VTS. We haven't tapped into the accounting integration yet, but the lease tracking is great.
Indirect third vote for VTS. Leasing/AM software has treated many clients well, seems pretty easy to pickup. Have some other interesting products to play with (Data, Market, Rise), too.
