Question about UBS backround check? - Wealth management

So I had an interview today for an internship with UBS in a wealth management team. I think the interview went well. I applied through my school's career services website. We upload our resume on once and then we can apply to as many jobs as we want. I applied to UBS when I my uploaded resume had my GPA stated as 3.17. A few days after that I checked my GPA to see what it was after the Spring semester and it is now a 3.16. Afterwards, I updated my resume, so the resume UBS had during the interview stated my gpa off by .01 because at the time I had applied I had not uploaded a new resume of yet with the new information. Will this effect me badly?

Also, when UBS does the background check do they try and get a hold of your school transcripts? I am asking because unfortunately last semester I ended up getting a D in a marketing course due to a couple of factors. I was going through a very bad time in my life which really inhibited my ability to perform to my full potential. I did well in my other courses that semester though just because they didn't require me to attend class like this Marketing course did. I was certain I would pass this marketing course, because even at the end of the course I had a 71% which was still a C but the professor made the range for grades narrower and said that he bases his scale off of the entire class. Also he would have pop quizzes, I missed 4 out of the ten. In addition to the points missed for the pop quizzes he would also deduct ten points from our attendance score which started at 40 for the beginning of the semester. I did not realize that was how he was determining the attendance score. Therefore, I lost 80 points total. However, after our first three exams, I had the second highest grade on all the exams combined in the course. Clearly, the grade was not due to a lack of knowledge, just misunderstandings and the inability to perform for personal reasons.

Should I be okay?

no they will take the offer back, fire you and ban you from applying to any bank or wealth management firm. you are doomed.
