Haven't seen a thread for this yet so here it is. Anyone have any insights on the process?
Applications opened last week and it says they'll start reviewing applications in May. As soon as I applied I received a link to the hirevue. There's one hirevue for each position you apply to (max. 2).

They say they don't offer visa sponsorship on their website, but I'm not sure if that included CPT/OPT because those technically don't require sponsorship

This came in my inbox about a week or two after my HireVue. It's been radio silence ever since. I'm not familiar with BlackRock's interviewing habits. What does this mean?

Applied mid/late April, completed the assessment in late April. Received email a few days ago. For further context, I applied to 2 roles at the same time but only got one response.
