Haven't seen a thread for this yet so here it is. Anyone have any insights on the process?
Applications opened last week and it says they'll start reviewing applications in May. As soon as I applied I received a link to the hirevue. There's one hirevue for each position you apply to (max. 2).

Anyone know if they sponsor?
They say they don't offer visa sponsorship on their website, but I'm not sure if that included CPT/OPT because those technically don't require sponsorship
i'm not even international (friends with a bunch) but even i know black rock sponsors every front office role. Also why stress they have so many locations.

This came in my inbox about a week or two after my HireVue. It's been radio silence ever since. I'm not familiar with BlackRock's interviewing habits. What does this mean?
