I’ve been writing a book for Simon & Schuster the last two months. To fine tune the manuscript, a fellow author recommended I print out a physical copy and read through it.
Since I don’t own a printer and needed one on short notice, I drove to a Staples in Koreatown to buy one.
After looking around the store, I noticed there were no printers. And other than aisles of pens and paper, there wasn’t much of anything in the store.
