AfterQuery is hiring Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Hedge Fund professionals with 1-5 years of experience for a remote, part-time role. You’ll design, review, and refine datasets that replicate complex investment reasoning — from modeling assumptions to investment memo logic — used to train next-generation AI systems. Projects are high-discretion, flexible, and fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced finance reasoning tasks, valuations, and cases for AI model training
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, professional realism, and completeness
• Provide structured written feedback and propose refinements to improve data quality
• Collaborate with research leads on methodology and content consistency

Required Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds
• Proficiency in valuation, modeling, and deal analysis
• Exceptional writing and reasoning clarity — able to express logic and assumptions cleanly
• Professional rigor consistent with high-stakes financial work

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduated from a top US undergrad program, or currently enrolled in or graduated from a top MBA program
• Prior experience writing or reviewing investment memos, IC decks, or due diligence materials
• Deep interest in the intersection of finance and AI
