Amazon posted on our college's job board, I replied with my resume. Within two days they asked me to sign up for an interview time slot for on-campus recruiting. The interview was informal, lasting approximately thirty minutes, with questions being mostly behavioral (how would you respond to this scenario) and requesting examples of using data to solve problems. A week later I received an email saying I was being flown out for final round interviews. This round of interviews was 4, thirty minute long interviews with different Amazon finance managers. The interviews were mostly behavioral, with emphasis on asking how you thought about using data to solve problems. Three days later I received my offer over the phone.
