Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Filled out their application through linkedin. After the initial resume screening, I was given a questionnaire to fill out. These questions consisted of pretty basic interview / behavioral questions (why you want this job, where you see yourself in xyears, etc.). There were about 7 questions in total and I wrote about a paragraph+ for each. After this, I heard back asking to schedule a skype interview. The interview was pretty easy from that point, mostly just took her through my resume and explained why I would be a good fit. She told there would be another interview but ended up just basically offering the position on the spot.
