What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got a call by a HR member.
She introduced herself and we started talking about Bocconi University, as we both studied there.
Then, she asked me to walk her through my CV, focusing on what brought me to apply there and some key skills needed for the position I applied for.
Then, a couple of technical questions regarding the use of Excel and how to look for certain data in a table/page and some financial formulas as well.
Last question, in English, as I am a native Italian speaker, was about voluntary experiences and university associations.
