Applied on Careers page online and received a video interview link a few days after. The program was Montage if I remember correctly. 10 behavioral and why finance/IM questions, but you could take as many redo's as you wanted unlike HireView. Received an email 3 or 4 weeks later about flying to NY the week of Thanksgiving... told them okay here's my availability I can do it. Didn't hear back for about a month when they informed me that they had a hiccup in their recruiting process and would like to conduct a remote interview instead. 1 hour total, 2 30-minute interviews. First with 2 VP's from different IM groups and then a 1 on 1 with a VP from a different group. Received a call the week before Christmas saying I got the offer. It's worth noting that they informed us that there was no guarantee of a return offer and the prior year's offer rate was 40%. Both started with walking through my resume, followed by questions about specific experiences or bullet points. They then talked about the firm a little. Incredibly conversational and not stressful at all
