Please describe the interview / hiring process.
As others have said, there was an in person first round interview and the second round was an assessment center day that consisted of an in-tray exercise, rapid fire questions, and a group case presentation. The in-tray is pretty easy, looking up examples and doing them will make you over-prepared for it. Next, rapid fire wasn't too bad. They just want to see how you deal with being uncomfortable and how confident you can be even while under pressure. Finally, the group case is a case given to you and your group where you are watched by consultants throughout a half hour of preparation. You must then present as a group.
