Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I just did a first-round interview. Two 30-minute interviews, one behavioral and one technical. The behavioral one was very relaxed and conversational. Since it was early in the process in terms of CVP's typical timeline (with super days in the fall), I got very basic questions. Expect to be asked a lot about levered vs. unlevered multiples and FCF. Know equity and enterprise value in and out. Mental math and logic questions (problem solving). I got a simple paper merger model.
